The December Fitness Bitch Challenge
Ok, I am neither gaining nor losing weight and Im sick of that! I want to lose weight so much but am having trouble staying motivated. So I created this challenge for myself and if anyone would like to do it also you are welcome to join me :)
The Plan:
For the entire month of December, everyday, I will post a photo of myself taken that day, my weight that day, number of days binge free, and number of days junk food free. I will be honest and not make anything up. I will do this all 31 days of December.
Why am I doing this?:Im hoping posting my weight and binge/junk food free days will help keep me motivated to do it. If I fail Ill have to post it and that will be embarrassing. I want to see my weight go down each day and on the last day of December have a lower weight than the first day of December and be able to put ‘31 days binge free’ and ‘31 days junk food free’!!!
Will start tomorrow :)

alright guys! tomorrow is december 1st, which means the first day of 24-day fitmas challenge!!!!!!
every day for the next 24 days, the daily challenges will be posted around 8:30am EST. I’m not exactly sure of the time but it’ll be early in the morning.
